For summer season 2009 PMGroup signed accommodation contracts with more than 15 tour operatorsFor summer season 2009 PMGroup signed accommodation contracts with more than 15 tour operators and will let apartments and villas in more than 25 complexes in Sunny beach and the area. In order to cover the best services during the season, we already hired new teams to meet the requirements of the following services: reception desk attendance, housekeeping, maintenance support, airport transfers, car hire and transportation.

Season 2009 – PMGroup starts with 4 summer offices from end of May until mid of September.PMGroup is ready again with opening 4 summer offices in the area of Sunny beach. The operating offices will be in the following complexes: Viva, Coral City Center, Laguna and Panorama Fort. For every one who would like to discuss something or meet a representative, can visit any of them and arrange a meeting. Working hours - between 9.30 and 17.00 h, 7 days in the week.
RESULTS - WTM in London 11.2008The WTM Exhibition in London is an annual event, providing the opportunity the whole world travel industry representatives to meet on one place and update their development. On this year’s exhibition 2008 there were about 5500 exhibitors, representing more than 200 countries and regions from all over the world.
PMGroup was on place as well. Four members of our team visited lots of the travel and tourist agents who are interested in Bulgaria as a destination for their tourists. We represented our new stylish catalogue 2009 as well as our rental brochure printed already for the next season. PMGroup Managers did meet some of the tour operators on site working in Bulgaria and in particular - the region of Black Sea Coast.
Conferences such as: “WTM Global Economic Forum” and “Tourism Futures” were held and major problems were discussed. Bulgaria, offering its products and services on lower prices in comparison with other European countries, still keeps its position of an attractive place for families, organized and individual holiday makers.
The event did help us to “set our watch right” and be prepared for any surprises in the tourist field.
The very words of the chairman of WTM are: “Regardless of references to “meltdown”, inflation, fuel prices and falling disposable income, there is no denying that international travel and tourism is still projected to have an estimated 1.6 billion travelers by 2020. Travel and tourism is strong and diversified, helping it to remain successful. In the past, the industry has shown that it can overcome the world’s economic problems – no more so than now”.
This gives us optimistic view over the development of the tourist field in Bulgaria and we really hope every other summer season in Bulgaria to be as good as expected.
Visiting World Travel Market Exhibition in London 10.2008PMGroup team will visit the annual WTM Exhibition in London taking place November 2008. Both our brochure and catalogue will be advertised their and meetings will be held with interested parties in our services for 2009. Feedback of the event will be announced beginning of December.
New stylish catalogue 2009New stylish catalogue is also on its way to be finished and printed out. It is mainly produced for our partners tour operators in order to make their work easier on choices of complexes and type of apartments that they would like to sign up with us.

You will be able to see its electronic version on request any time. The brochure will include all types of properties that we manage in Sunny beach area, prices for letting according to the division of the season and star rating of the complexes and the apartments.
Another successful summer 2008. 2009 Most requested complexes for letting!As the summer season 2008 is going to its end we started meetings with tour operators for signing accommodation contracts for season 2009. Discussions and requests were held and taken under consideration. New complexes that start to be of great interest to tourists are Karolina, Garden of Eden, Barcelo Royal Beach, Royal Sun, Flores park, Planet, Kaya, Ashton Hall. All of them will be included in our program for next summer and published for letting in our brochure and website network.
Of course our most booked for this summer complexes Laguna, Sun City, Viva, Marina View and Panorama Fort are already requested from the tour operators and a significant number of units will be included in allotment contracts. Crown Fort and Imperial Fort, being first year on the market 2008, were taken into consideration for 2009 as well.
Also long term requests we do have in the following complexes – Amadeus, Sun City 2, Iris, Bravo 5, Antaris, Elit 3, Sea Dreams, Blue Pearl, Lucky II, Semiramida, Privilege and Messambria.

Again this season 2008 we will have 5 operating offices in the following complexes: Viva, Coral city center, Laguna, Green Fort, Panorama Fort. For every one who would like to meet a representative can visit one of our offices and arrange a meeting.
Results from the tourist fair “ Holiday expo”After we’ve been participants on the biggest international tourist fair “ Holiday expo” in Sofia, PMGroup managed to present its services to more than 800 visitors. There was a great interest from the tourist agencies what services and what base of available apartments we can offer them. The managers of the company had more than 120 meetings with tour operators and tourist agencies and just a month and a half after the exhibition PMGroup signed so far 5 more contracts with partners for renting out our portfolio of available apartments.
For the individual visitors we organized a tombola for a free weekend in Sunny beach. The participants in it were around 500 and all of them showed interest in the complexes that we offer for vacation.
As a whole, we have a high valuation of the event and the results we managed for the company and respective to all of you that are our partners.
Registration fee 50 EUR for lettingWe are happy to announce that the beginning of 2008 we started dealing with almost 500 properties . In order to keep our focus on them and improve our administrative services we initiate a registration fee of 50 EUR for clients wishing only rental services. It will cover the following services:
- Preparing needed documents covering the requirements for renting out
- Making 2 sets of keys of the apartment
- Visiting the property on place (checking if suitable for renting)
- Make an inventory list of the apartment
- Registering the property in our data base
For everyone who decide to choose and sign one of our management packages Being Away or Being Away Premium , that fee of 50 EUR will not be required.
10% discount available for second year "Being Away" or Being Away Premium subscribers!!! Because the management packages we have created – “Being Away” and “Being Away premium”, ensure owners with in-time monthly bills payments of water, electricity and cable TV, property inspections as well as emergency property checks following inclement weather or complaints of tenants and guests of the apartments, more than 60% of our clients subscribe for our property management packages, being sure that their properties are looked after and in safe hands.
Because PMGroup is committed to always acting in our clients’ best interest, and we do care owners to become our long term clients, we offer the two packages with 10% discount for every one who works with us more than a year.
Ensuring that all appliances are in working order, checking of plumbing, lighting, humidity, pest control etc. , advice about any necessary repairs, we do maintain the properties in an appropriate and pristine condition and that way the apartment facilities are responding to the best level standards.
PMGroup started new activity - Maintenance of developmentsIt was started after lots of enquiries both from our partners and individual agencies and companies.
The new activity of full maintenance of developments include the following services - maintenance of common grounds, pools, green areas, security, cleaning and administrative services of entire complexes. So far we have taken the opportunity to completely maintain three villages. The company has produced a profitable product combining maintenance activities and letting services, guaranteeing owners best results - well maintained apartments and same time high rental income from their properties.
January 2008 - PMGroup manages 481 properties of individual owners in 82 holiday villages.
On 20.02.2008 PMGroup will be a participant on the biggest international tourist fair in Bulgaria – “Holiday Expo” We will be marketing all services and complexes we work with. Everybody is welcomed to visit us and receive all necessary information.
To give more information to all the property investors with homes overseas, we take part in popular Bulgarian newspapers and magazines, on-line portals and publications, providing facts and experience about the growth and development of the property management services in Bulgaria. Clients, partners and holiday makers are able to visit us on the biggest international tourist fair in Bulgaria – “Holiday Expo”, held each February in Sofia. There we will represent our new brochures for season 2008, will give you all necessary information in terms of rates and signed contracts with tour operators for the particular complexes. You will meet our team and become acquainted with our company’s work, goals and future plans.
The 25th International Tourist Exhibition HOLIDAY&SPA EXPO is going to be held in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia from 21st to 23rd February 2008.
The jubilee edition of this most important act in the sphere of tourism in Bulgaria is organized by PRIM EXPO, with co-operation of the STATE TOURIST AGENCY as well as partners Sofia Municipality, Sofia Tourist Council, Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association, Bulgarian Association of Tourist Agencies and other associations of this branch.
On four floors in the National Palace of Culture-Sofia have the opportunity to present themselves:
Tour operators and tourist agencies, state and branch organizations, regional and local tourism councils, spa and fitness equipment.
In 2007 year more than 300 companies and organizations from Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Austria, Macedonia, Cyprus, Thailand, Egypt, USA, Great Britain, Croatia, Russia, Ukraina, Poland and Romania participated in HOLIDAY&SPAEXPO.
The actual matters of tourism are going to be a subject of press conferences, presentations, discussions at the attendant manifestation of the exhibition.
